Michael comes from a family of real estate professionals having received his BA in real estate from San Diego State in 1973. Prior to moving to Portland, his career included 25 plus years in the high tech industry working with high profile companies during the growth of the personal computer and software markets. As an entrepreneur, he developed and patented numerous products for mass market/big box store chains. He was highly involved in the birth of the internet and created several high traffic websites which he later sold to the top 100 internet companies.
Upon his arrival to the Portland area, he migrated back to his roots in the commercial real estate market representing both buyers and sellers of large multifamily properties. His expertise in finding those off market deals has made him a valuable asset to his clients especially during 1031 exchange timelines. The combination of his corporate career, entrepreneurial spirit and his real estate know how benefits his clients by delivering results.
