Marvin is a licensed broker in both Oregon and Washington and has over 20 years experience as an investor and broker in the Portland Metro area. Marvin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Portland State University and has worked in a financial capacity for a number of Fortune 500 companies including a national real estate developer. Marvin also serves on the finance committee of Reach CDC, a non-profit provider of affordable housing in the Portland area.
Marvin’s strengths lie in understanding the true financial performance and returns of a proposed investment opportunity and how to maximize returns through creative deal structure and financing alternatives.
