Gerald began working with Bluestone & Hockley as an intern. His primary responsibilities were investment analysis and due diligence with a primary focus in Tenant-In-Common (TIC), Triple-Net (NNN), and Multifamily investments.
Upon graduation from Portland State University where he received a Bachelors of Science in Real Estate Finance he quickly went on to earn his Oregon Real Estate License. Gerald hopes to bring value to his clients by combining his in-depth analytical abilities with new-age real estate ideas and techniques utilizing state-of-the-art technologies and real time market data.
