Brian Resendez specializes in Hospitality and Land Brokerage for Investment
as well as for Owners / Operators. He is a graduate from the Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston and holds a Masters of Science in Lodging Administration. He is also working towards earning his Designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and towards the Designation of Certified Real Estate Development and Hotel Investment Specialist from Cornell University.
Prior to real estate brokerage, Brian worked in a variety of hospitality management roles with various firms including The Westin, Hilton and Resort Properties. He is also very active in the Spanish speaking community with respect to commercial real estate transactions and is a mentor to students participating in Portland State University’s Real Estate Finance program.
