B&H University
Bluestone & Hockley Real Estate Services is proud to introduce B&H University – a series of classes designed to educate real estate investors, from first-timers to experienced professionals, and tailored to our current economic situation. Classes will be held monthly covering an assortment of topics ranging from an Overview of Real Estate Investing, Tax Planning, REO and Short Sale Properties, Valuations, Deal Structure, Leasing Fundamentals, Property Management and more.
The Mission of B & H University is to expose Portland based real estate investors to pertinent real estate trends and practices that may not be readily available to them. Our goal is to give real estate investors useful information to help them make better investment decisions and to inform those investors of the strengths and unique capabilities of Bluestone & Hockley.
