Parkhurst Apartments “Flush” With New Savings

The early numbers are in and Northeast Portland’s Parkhurst Apartments are enjoying significant savings – in both money and water usage – thanks to an upgrade of toilets undertaken by Bluestone & Hockley’s (B&H) maintenance team. This is just one example of the company’s commitment to sustainability through its Green Initiatives program implemented last year. In March of this year, B&H replaced all of the toilets at Parkhurst (some of them 30 years old) for new Niagara ™ toilets. The new toilets each came with a 10-year warranty and their low-flow feature is ringing up big savings.
