Bluestone & Hockley Real Estate Services is pleased to report a 22 percent increase in brokerage activity in 2009 as compared to 2008 figures. While many real estate firms experienced significant challenges in 2009, Bluestone & Hockley continued to grow by diversifying from its typical commercial sales and leasing transactions. The sale of bank-owned assets (REO) increased significantly, while the rest of the business maintained.
