Karlin Conklin is a Principal Broker in Oregon and Washington and has more than a dozen years of brokerage management and sales experience. Karlin holds a BS in Journalism and an MBA from University of Oregon. She has been responsible for overseeing and transacting nearly $1 billion in real estate transactions during her career. Her expertise spans sourcing value-add multifamily acquisitions, raising equity, forging partnerships with institutional and private investors, and developing strategic repositioning plans for targeted assets.
Karlin’s previous experiences include partnership with CKW Partners. Prior to that she served as a Senior Vice President at Guardian Real Estate Services where she oversaw syndications, the sale of whole loans, and multifamily and REO transactions.
