Bids and Contracts
We are always willing to provide FREE bids for larger projects. These projects can include any range of tasks. Such projects include: remodels, interior and exterior painting, fences, decks, appliance installations, drywall repairs, etc. To receive a free bid, please contact one of our Maintenance Manager, David Hakimoglu, at 503-222-3800 or maint@bluestonehockley.com. During your appointment, they will work with you to develop a plan of action and will then provide you with a bid for the labor and materials.
We are also happy to work with you on contracts for long-term, routine upkeep on your property. Whether you prefer weekly general maintenance, or monthly completion of specific tasks, we can assist you in establishing a cost-effective contract maintenance plan that meets your needs. Our Maintenance department uses Rent Manager software to create, track, and bill for work orders. This allows us to keep notes, attend to due dates, and develop long term projects. We also ensure quality control through oversight by our experienced managers.
