Our team of Community Association Managers is well trained and qualified to help you manage your association’s challenges. We manage more than 40 communities, from 50 to 500 units, throughout the metro area, including Portland, Hillsboro and Vancouver, WA.
Our management starts with the personal on-site inspection process, which in turn forms the basis of a management plan and future budgeting. We focus on community building, maintaining and increasing property values for our associations, and follow-through with detailed work to make your community successful.
As active members of Community Association Institute and the Oregon Washington Community Association Managers, our Community Association Managers and staff are at the forefront of legislative and technological changes and the green energy revolution.
We are an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®). This certification by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) places us in the top 500 property management providers in the United States.
