Community Management Relationships
The most important step in managing your condominium or homeowners association is to develop strong working relationships with your owners. This relationship begins with the initial notice that we will be their managing agent. We encourage owners to contact us with any concerns and request contact information so we may reach them as necessary. This provides our staff with the opportunity to better understand any issues the community might be facing and aids our management team in determining how we can help meet those needs. Our experience has shown early communication with owners is key in developing relationships that enables both sides to build a vital community.
A sense of community is founded on communication with owners, Board members, and vendors. Your management team is dedicated to the oversight of each association. The continual attention to practical details and common areas will result in a sense of pride for your fellow homeowners.
Our experience has provided us with a rich pool of skilled contractors. We will contract for and oversee annual services such as landscaping, roof and gutter cleaning, and parking lots sweeping. For common area maintenance we utilize either our experienced in-house maintenance staff or one of many outside vendors. Our office is open from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday. Our maintenance services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
