Our Process

The most important step in managing your condominium or homeowners association is to develop a strong, working relationship with your owners. This relationship begins with the initial notice that Bluestone & Hockley will be their managing agent. This notice provides the opportunity to learn what needs the community faces and aids our management team to determine how we can help meet those needs. Our experience has shown that early communication with owners is the key to developing a relationship that enables both sides to build a vital community.

We believe that developing a sense of community is paramount to our success. This sense of community is founded upon two-way communication with owners, but involves many practical details as well, especially our continual attention to the common areas. The care we provide for these, especially your community’s landscaping, will result in a pride of ownership for our clients.

Bluestone & Hockley’s experience in managing communities has provided us with a rich pool of skilled contractors to work with. We will contract for and oversee annual services such as: landscaping, roof and gutter cleaning,  down spouts, and sweeping the parking lots. For maintenance of the common areas we can utilize either our experienced in-house maintenance staff or one of our many outside vendors. For urgent maintenance items, our office is open from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday, and we are available to handle emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
