Led by Elena Tangman-Wells, our Residential Property Management Department manages over 1,600 units throughout the Portland/Vancouver Metro area.
With a focus on increasing property values for our clients, our residential management department follows through with the detail work that makes investing successful.
As active members of Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM®), and Metro Multifamily Housing Association of Oregon (MMHA), our property managers and staff are on the forefront of legislative and technological changes and the green energy revolution.
We are an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) with two Certified property managers on staff. This certification by the Institute of Property Management puts us into the ranks of the top 600 property management providers in the United States.
