RentManager
We use the RentManager software for all of our accounting, maintenance and tenant management needs. RentManager is a web based program that is hosted in Cleveland, Ohio. Rent Manager Online servers are located in a bomb-proof data center with 24 hour onsite security, redundant Internet backbones and diesel generator backup.
Since the software is web based, owners and tenants have the ability to log into the system to review their account information at any time.
The Bluestone & Hockley Website
Our interactive website provides rental information with links for driving directions and on site contact to set up a showing. Potential applicants can review our screening criteria and apply on line for a vacant unit.
The website also allows site staff to download any forms they need in connection with their job. In addition, our network allows each property to have an email inbox through Outlook. This allows us to create a professional, uniform email address for all locations.
