Rental Application Information
Our goal is to provide a fast, hassle-free application process. Please take a moment to review our Rental Screening Criteria. To tour one of our properties, or if you have specific questions or concerns about a rental property or the application process, please call 503-222-3800 or 800-859-8043 to speak to one of our customer care representatives. Customer care representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6pm. If you are calling after hours, please leave your name and telephone number so we can return your call during operating hours.
To submit a rental application, please use our secure Online Rental Application. The Rental Application Criteria and Rental Application also may be downloaded in Acrobat format. Please contact our office prior to submitting your application to ensure availability of a particular property. Your completed application packet must include: the $45 per person application screening charge, a completed rental application and a signed rental screening criteria.
