Bob is a native of Oregon and holds a BSIE from Oregon State University, with a minor in Business Administration. Bob has been involved with commercial real estate sales and investments for the past twelve years, and has a number of years of high-tech sales preceding and overlapping this time. Bob is a licensed real estate broker in Oregon and is currently pursuing his CCIM certification as well as licensing in Washington State.
Bob understands the sales process and the importance of client satisfaction and referrals. Many of Bob’s clients have become lifelong friends, as their interests always came first. Bob has worked extensively with developers in land acquisition, subsequent development projects and the resale of these projects.
