Julie has successfully represented clients in their multi-family investment transactions and investment strategies for over 7 years. With extensive experience in the commercial real estate and lending markets, Julie has assisted many clients and closed many challenging transactions.
Julie was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She attended Oregon State University where she graduated with a BS in Construction Engineering Management. After 15 years in the construction management industry, Julie decided to redirect her skills and experience into the commercial real estate investment sales. This past experience has been invaluable to the valuation and assessment of investment properties.
