As a leading Sales Representatives for one of the largest TIC Sponsors in the country, Terri was successful in completing over 200 TIC transactions valued in excess of $135 Million in investment real estate. TIC (Tenant in Common) investments are an ability to purchase a fractional interest in real estate, while taking advantage of a 1031 Exchange, investing Self Directed 401k and IRA funds, or cash. Terri uses an educational and consultative approach with her clients in a rather complex niche of the industry.
Presently Terri is uniquely positioned to assist TIC owners in the secondary market of their investments. Considering the €œbuyer’s market€ environment we’re in, navigating through the complex issues of TIC ownership and the dynamic of multiple owners in multiple states takes finesse and persistence€¦not to mention a bit of good fortune.
Previously, Terri has held various sales and sales management positions, including ten years with Nabisco as a Regional Sales Manager. She has a Bachelors degree from the University of Utah, holds Series 22 and 63 FINRA Licenses and a CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
