What types of properties do you sell? We sell all property types, from large commercial structures to owner occupied single family homes. The commercial properties range from multifamily, retail, office, hospitality, industrial, flex space, mobile home parks, mixed-use, self-storage facilities, and land (improved or not). What is your geographic range for sales? We are licensed in Oregon and Washington, and primarily service properties from Vancouver to Salem, and from Forest Grove to Sandy. We can, however, also facilitate transactions at the coast, in Central and Southern Oregon, and we can generally assist buyers with purchases across the country.
What type of leasing do you do? We lease all types of commercial property including retail, office, industrial, flex and mixed-use facilities. If you’re not sure we can handle your specific property, give us a call and we can answer your specific question.
What is your geographic range for leasing? We lease properties throughout the Portland/Vancouver Metro area, extending down to Woodburn. Depending on your situation we may be able to expand beyond the local boundary.
