Solution: We immediately corrected the error and began collecting the triple net charges.

Solution: We improved the street appeal of the property and began a new marketing campaign for the property.

Results: In less than two years the vacancy rate fell from 35% to only 5%.

Challenge: We began our management of a LEED certified historic office building with a complete inspection. During our inspection we discovered the heating system was operating improperly and was driving expenses and consumption over budget.

Solution: We implemented a plan to that permanently fixed the problem.

Result: We successfully reduced expenses by 10%, which equals a savings of $7,000 a year.
