Our maintenance team works closely with Bluestone & Hockley property managers and property owners to ensure expedient and quality service at all times.

Work requests for Bluestone & Hockley managed properties are reviewed and authorized by the property managers before being assigned to the appropriate maintenance technician (unless special services call for an outside vendor).  Any non-emergency work costing more than the established spending limit will require the owner’s approval before the work commences. 

Maintenance requests can be generated in several ways:

  • Inspections

  • Telephone requests (503-222-3800)

  • Email

  • Additional work as a result of previous or current jobs

  • A preventive maintenance plan

  • Online request forms

A senior property manager and a maintenance technician are on call 24/7 to take care of emergencies. If a potential property damaging, or life threatening emergency were to occur such as: water pipe break, fire, heating failure, roof leak, flood or other disaster, your property manager will assign a maintenance technician (or approved vendor), to respond promptly to repair or secure the property.
