Terms of Acceptance

The information below is given to the lessor to determine my credit standing for the purpose of renting the property indicated above. It is understood that I am paying a $50 application charge at the time of this application and the charge will remain non-refundable whether the application is accepted or rejected. Should my application not be processed because the property has been rented, I will receive my application charge back. By completing the application above I acknowledge I have read and understand the Rental Screening Criteria. Bluestone & Hockley reserves the right to screen applicants and keep application fees while bumping application to the end of the line if all supplemental items (proof of IDs & income) are not received by Bluestone & Hockley within 24 hours of receipt of application. If my application is approved, I understand that the possession/move in date will be within 5 business days of approval or within 1 business day of the unit being ready to occupy, whichever is later. This application is subject to the approval of the lessor or his/her agent. It is understood that I will NOT be discriminated against because of my race, national origin, color, religion, sex, familial status, handicap, source of income or sexual orientation. I also warrant that the information given on the application is the truth and that any material misrepresentation can lead to my being rejected. SUBMITTING THIS ONLINE APPLICATION GIVES BLUESTONE & HOCKLEY REAL ESTATE SERVICES THE AUTHORITY TO OBTAIN INFORMATION FROM WHATEVER CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY THEY DESIRE. THIS APPLICATION REMAINS THE PROPERTY OF BLUESTONE & HOCKLEY REAL ESTATE SERVICES.
