Bluestone provides full-service property management throughout the greater Portland, and Salem, Oregon as well as SW Washington metropolitan areas. Our managed properties include more than 3.5 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space, and are located as far north as Vancouver, Washington and as far south as Albany. We provide full bookkeeping, including annual budgeting and CAM reconciliations; full maintenance management, including vendor contracts and coordination of capital and tenant improvement projects; and leasing services for vacant spaces and tenant renewals.
